Shipping & Delivery Policies
Dhanushree Organic ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24-48 hrs from the receipt of the successful order in our system. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 4 to 5 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).
Dhanushree Organic or Courier partner shall not be liable for any delay, misdelivery, non-delivery or loss or damage to it caused on account of an act of God, force majeure, and or circumstances like strikes, riots, political and other disturbances, or accidental fire, accident of vehicle carrying the goods explosions or any other cause reasonably beyond the control of Dhanushree Organic or courier partner.
Also, Dhanushree Organic reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than the usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for the canceled product(s) to your source account.
Dhanushree Organic delivery partners would attempt to deliver the product twice in case of a show at the customer end.

All orders are processed within 6–7 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone provided by you at the time of order.
For international Orders charges vary by destination. Local duties may apply, so check your country’s policies.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 -48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Dhanushree Organic is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damages
Dhanushree Organic is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. In case of bad packaging or leakages, please send us the photos for investigation; on a successful investigation, we will refund or reship the order.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Dhanushree Organic will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
