Shipping & Returns

How can I track my order?

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, along with tracking details, or you can log-in to your account and click the order history and know the order status.

How can I return or replace products?

All our products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless damaged or defective. To replace damaged or defective items, write to us at dhanushreeorganic@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving the product (after which the product is not liable for exchange). Don’t forget to attach your order invoice and a picture of the damaged product.

Do we accept return during sales peroid?

There will be no refund or return accepted for orders placed during SALE

Do we ship internationally?

Yes, we do International shipping through DHL or Indian Post. For international orders, you can pay using Debit Card or Credit card.

Is international shipping rate’s varies?

It varies with each country and we suggest you to enter the pin code of your address to know the exact details. the standard shipping rate may vary between 1500 INR-3000 INR depending on your country.

What is your return policy?

How do I place my order?

Step 1: Click on the product of your choice.
Step 2: Click on BUY IT NOW Or Step 2: Click on ADD TO CART
Step 3: Click on CHECKOUT where you must complete the details of your order
and place your order successfully.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email to the registered Email address once you have placed the order in our website. You can also check the order status in "MY ACCOUNT" section if you are a registered member. If you have not received this e-mail, kindly e-mail us your order number to dhanushreeorganic@gmail.com

Can I order a product that is out of stock?

Unfortunately, products listed as "Out of Stock" are not available for sale. However, we can notify you as soon as the product is back in the stock.

How do I cancel My order?

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. But if the order is not dispatched from our warehouse, we can assist you.

What is standard order processing times?

All domestic orders are processed between 1-5 business days. You can expect the order to be delivered within 3-5 business days. For remote locations which are difficult to access, the order may take between 5-7 business days.
All international orders are processed between 3-4 business days. You can expect the order to be delivered within 7-10 business days, except for certain countries.

Can I buy multiple products in a single order?

Yes. Just add all the products you wish to buy into your shopping cart and then complete your order. This way you can save on any additional shipping and COD charges!

What do I need to know about my order?

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However Dhanushree Organic takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

How do I avail COD?

COD facility is available for India orders only. When you are entering your payment details at the checkout page, you can click on Cash on Delivery as the payment method.

I forgot my password, what can i do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can request your password to be sent to the email address you have previously registered with us by clicking the Forgot Password link. You will be taken to a page where you can enter your email address and a temporary password will be sent to you.
