1. Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
Delivery Timelines:
Within Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days.
Rest of India (including Maharashtra): 5–8 business days.
Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery location. We may offer Free Shipping on orders above a specific value (as mentioned on our website banner).
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.
2. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at dhanushreeorganic@gmail.com.
Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
3. Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to the personal care nature of our organic cosmetics and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products.
We only accept returns/replacements under the following circumstances:
Damaged in Transit: If the product arrives with a broken seal or physical damage.
Wrong Item Received: If the item delivered does not match your order.
Missing Items: If an item is missing from your package.
4. How to Report an Issue
To be eligible for a replacement or refund in the cases mentioned above:
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
Mandatory Requirement: You must provide an unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

5. Refunds
If a return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (UPI, Card, or Bank Account).

6. Undelivered Orders
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts by the courier, a re-shipping fee may apply to send the package again.
